In our last Holistic approach group meeting on May 26th, we met Ljiljana Ilić, a Reiki teacher, therapist of the Phyllis Crystal method, theta healing practitioner, and Bach flower remedies therapist.
Liljana introduced us to the Phyllis crystal method and talked about the most important symbols used as transmitters of messages to the subconscious mind. She also showed us how to connect with the Higher Consciousness in a group: at the end of the workshop she led us through a group meditation and we were able to travel in our minds around the world, always feeling the love for ourselves and other people around us.
