Vrnjačka Banja Weekend Getaway

Our group of 17, IWC members and friends traveled to Vrnjačka Banja, a famous spa town in southern Serbia on the 6th of May. The trip took about 2.5 hours, which went by very fast in good company and comfortable seats. Joint Event of Walking and Holistic Approach Groups - Rtanj Weekend Trip

On Friday, June 18th ten lovely ladies left Belgrade for a hiking/yoga weekend trip to the mountain called "Rtanj" in the east of Serbia. Trip to Arilje 2019

The town of Arilje (in Serbia) sponsored the IWC for at visit to their lovely city. A busload of us made the trip and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. We started off with a meet and greet at the courthouse, where we met the Mayor. We learned that Arilje is famous for growing raspberries and that it exports around the world 90% of the raspberries it grows. Trip to Oplenac

On April 17th, the IWC made a tour to St. George church in the town of Topola. The church is the mausoleum of the Serbian and Yugoslav royal house of Karadjodjevic located on top of the Oplenac Hill in the town of Topola, Serbia. The church of Oplenac was founded by King Peter Kind I of Yugoslavia. Many members of the royal house are buried in the crypt beneath the church. Trip to Subotica, March 2019

Trip to Novi Sad, Feb 2019

The trip to the Manuel Leather Factory in Novi Sad on February 26th was a great success. It was fascinating to see the craftsmen and women, long time employees of Manuel, cutting leather and assembling and finishing the bags, wallets, belts, and more. We could see how they build high quality into every item.
